The person who gives you the price stays responsible for the work.
Ridgeline is built around a simple idea: homeowners should know who is in their house, what is happening next, and who to call when plans change.

Meet the owner
I started Ridgeline because good work is not enough if nobody answers the phone.
I have spent 15 years in residential construction and worked on more than 200 Central Texas homes. I have seen jobs go wrong because the plan was vague, the schedule was wishful, or the homeowner never knew who was in charge.
At Ridgeline, I walk the project with you, help set the scope, and stay accountable through the last punch-list item. You will not be passed from a salesperson to someone you have never met.

Why we work this way
Your home is not our practice run.
A remodel puts noise, dust, tools, and strangers inside your daily life. That is a big ask. We plan the work so you know which rooms are usable, when water or power will be off, and what we need from you before the crew arrives.
“Mike told us the bathroom would be out for seven weeks. It was seven weeks. More important, we always knew which days would be loud and when we needed to keep the dog out of the house.”— Laura, Round Rock
Living through the work
We cannot remove every inconvenience. We can keep it from becoming chaos.
- Protect the path.Floor protection and dust barriers go in before demolition.
- Set the week. You get schedule updates and notice before shutdowns or loud work.
- Clean each day.Tools and debris stay contained. Walkways stay usable.
- Give one answer. You talk to the owner when cost, timing, or scope changes.
